The content of this report reflects operations from our fiscal year 2014. September 1 2013 through August 31 2014 though historical information is included for context. The scope of this report is primarily the internal operations of Roy Farms. MATERIALITY PROCESS Materiality is about defining sustainability issues that reflect our largest impacts and the concerns of our stakeholders. We engaged in a materiality assessment to ensure report relevance and transparency. By consulting with internal and external stakeholder groups process described below we were able to define an initial list of material issues. These were further refined by our Junior Senior Management Team based on knowledge of our organizations impacts and information revealed in our 2013 Life Cycle Assessment. THE SUMMARY
