ROY FARMS Organic IDAHO 7

Idaho 7 was released in 2015 by Jackson Farms in Wilder, Idaho. All rights reserved.

CALLING ALL HOP-FORWARD BEERS.

The strong character of Idaho 7 has made this variety a favorite for the latest IPAs, APAs and any other hop-forward beer. Idaho 7 hops are known for their piney, tropical, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and floral flavors and aromas. Suggested as a single hop or for blending as a late addition, the high oil content of Idaho 7 and soft pelletizing process make this ideal for dry hopping and whirlpool. Idaho 7 is a dual-purpose hop capable of carrying a recipe, but it works best in conjunction with Roy Farms Azacca or a bittering hop like Roy Farms Warrior. You can be confident you’re purchasing the highest-quality organic Idaho 7 hops from Roy Farms with our unwavering commitment to sustainable farming and organic growing practices, as well as the 114 harvests under our belt.
