Chopper on standby for the ongoing cherry harvest... We use a helicopter to blow the water out of the cherries after a rain to prevent splitting.

We have added one more crop to our ever growing list... and that is beans! Beans will be filling some of our idle hop trellis this year. Finding other crops to grow when certain segments of the hop market are over supplied is part of our long term strategy. An added bonus is being able to rotate other crops into the hops production cycle.
