Insomniac Europeans and sleepy old timers in the West, stuffed pillows with hop cones. Though the homeopathic remedy isn’t proven, hops are still used today in a variety of natural sleep aids. This magical flower isn’t just great at flavoring your favorite pint, but hops are also used a natural remedy to treat sleeplessness, nervousness, infection, and body aches.

This year marks the Great American Beer Festival’s 35th anniversary. The event started in 1982 with just 800 people to taste 47 beers from 24 breweries… This year the GABF sold out in 67 minutes with it’s expanded 60,000-person size! As this photo from the GABF Instagram post shows "hairstyles come and go (and come back again!), but our taste for great American craft beer has only deepened over the decades." Cheers Friends!
